Unable To Poop Due To A Hemorrhoid?
For the past 2 days, I have had an dreadful hemorrroid and haven’t been able to poop. I am so frightened that I am going to die. Help suggest something to make me poop without the pain? Thanks.

Hi Jane, don’t worry, you are not going to die. Hemorrhoids are caused by excessive pressure on the bowels. You need to start eating foods that are rich in fibre. But for the small term you should try a laxative.
To help reduce the pain and shrink the hemorrhoid, try sitting in a hot bath in which you have mixed a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. This should help pretty quickly.
The other thing you can do is to apply some apple cider vinegar directly on the hemorrhoid, this will help to bring it down.
You can get hold of some Witch Hazel,place some on a piece of cotton wool and apply it to the area.
