You can eat more fiber. Preferably from foods, but you can take pills too that work just fine. The exchange in your bowel movements will probably allow the one you have to heal, and help prevent future ones.

I have a mild hemorrhoid and I always wanted to have a baby. I’m soothe single and I plot to have a baby next year. My friend told me that if I get pregnant it will complicate my hemorrhoid so it’s better not to have a baby at all. I really wanted to have a baby..how right is this? please help.

Is this common, or may possibly it be something else? Are hemorrhoids usually hard or a bit softer? Three days of oral and external medication seem not to help.
