I have had a swelling by my rectum by awhile and it stopped bothering me for awhile after using preperation H..now i can feel its gotten larger and theres a smaller bump near it that hurts like a cut. does this sound like a tumor to you?

You can eat more fiber. Preferably from foods, but you can take pills too that work just fine. The exchange in your bowel movements will probably allow the one you have to heal, and help prevent future ones.
