Try to deal with everyday stress by doing meditation, deep breathing and excercising. Don’t eat refined and deeply fried foods. Eat as much untreated foods as you can. Fresh fruits and vegetables help a lot. Its all in the lifestyle you lead that impacts your health (mental and physical).

After i use restroom i feel wet on my backside, so i have to return to restroom and wipe again. Also, i feel constipated when ever i eat piquant food. I believe its a hemorrhoid. Not only does it itch sometimes i feel a burning sensation. I sometimes can feel the hemorrhoid when it flares up.(typically when i eat piquant food) Can someone help me out, i cannot continue to suffer like this.

Damn, i despise Hemorrhoids so much….. i went to the dock 3 months ago told him about it and he gave me a suppository, idk why…. should i tell him that i want a surgery instead how long does it take? and i reckon its a internal hemorrhoid.
