i know its nasty and yucky, but i’m worried ive never had one previous to..and this one is huge. It covers my whole hole. And i dont want to go to the doctor. is it normal for them to be this huge? and to last for 4 days even even if ive been using prep h?

She insists on being paid surgery but its only been two days and if the pain will go away i see no point in being paid surgery for it, am I right?
